Gazeley Mills

A post mill on the northern outskirts was replaced in 1850 by a brick mill. The fine old mill house was burnt down in 1920. In 1947 the brick mill, by then derelict, was convened into a residence. From the flat roof a panoramic view reached across the fern to Ely Cathedral.
