The Parish Of Moulton, Suffolk The Enclosures Act Of 1839 Minutes Of Proceedings

Copied from the original handwritten notes by Emma Willis and John Gunson, Moulton Village Recorder, in September 1999.

At the first meeting of the Commissioner named in and appointed by an Act of Parliament made and passed in the second year of the reign of her presentent majesty entitled "an act for enclosing lands in the parish of Moulton in the county of Suffolk" held at the Rutland Arms Inn in Newmarket, in the county of Cambridgeshire on Monday the third day of June 1839 in persuance of Public Notice given of such meeting by advertisement in the newspaper called "The Bury and Suffolk Herald" on the 22nd and 29th days of May last and by affixing the same on the principal outer door of the Parish Church of Moulton aforesaid on the 19th day of May last as required by the said act.
