The Exning Prayer

Give us O Lord, 

The courage of Boadicea, 

The Holiness of Ethelreda, 

The Faithfulness of Fing Edmund, King and Martyr, 

That we may, In our day and generation, 

Fight to right all wrong, 

Be Pure and Holy in all our thoughts and ways, 

And serve Thee Loyally all our days.
