Click to visit exampleThanks to the technical expertise of www.xippix.com and the unprecedented agreement of the Suffolk Records Office, we have permission to photograph and show high resolution images of each community's Tithe Map. This is an optional part of the 22villages project and we may have to ask each community to contribute up to £40 towards the cost of photographing each document. We need to know which communities are interested in principle by the end of August. The photography will take place mid September with publication online by the end of September. To check out how the technology works click here and then keep clicking on the area of image you wish to see enlarged. Those communities not registering an interest by the end of August will lose this one off opportunity.

Book Chapters Please...
There are now 50 days left until the end of the project. A special section of the web site has been created to give technical help and show how others are planning their community's chapter in the book. Simply visit www.22villages.org and click on the "..days left" notice on the noticeboard. Each team has four A4 pages each with between 800 and 1,000 words per page in Times Roman 10pt (depending on the size/number of pictures used). I would ask your help by not submitting any further pages for the web  site until after your book section is completed. Any problems please ring me - Joe 01379 646046
